POLADROID

I've spent more time than I should have this morning playing with Poladroid, which I just downloaded. I LOVE this application. It allows you to drag and drop any digital image file onto a Polaroid camera icon, and "develops" a Polaroid-like image slowly...you can even speed up the "development" process by shaking the image with your mouse. Not quite the same as actually snapping a Polaroid image, but at least if we MUST say goodbye to the real thing, there's this digital fallback...
